Total Stretch and Wellness is a personal training and fascial stretch therapy center for people throughout the Morgantown, WV area. We work with our clients to create plans that work toward health promotion and injury prevention. We also work with athletes toward the restoration of wellness through strategies such as physical training, nutrition, stretching, and movement therapy.
